Cannot get syncfusionreportserver.exe to work on Windows 10 Pro

Hi there,

I can install the program - and have done so many times already in order to try and get it to work - but the installation process always finishes on page

The installation process goes through just fine and IIS Express is started and is serving the

I enter the MySQL-Settings and select an existing (empty) database.
I press "proceed" and the database is filled with 56 tables 129 data entries.
I choose "File Storage" as storage system and press "proceed"
I choose"Yes" when asked if i want some sample resources and press "proceed"
I enter the details for creating a system administrator account and press "proceed"

I what happens on the network when i press the link and it shows:

GET => http://localhost:61291/en-us/undefined

I get stuck on the /undefined Page and I cannot log in because the admin user is never created. Some sample data seems to be inserted though - since I have 56 tables and 169 data entries now. The user table is empty though.

I see no way to solve this issue. Installing without sample data didn't change anything - and not using MySQL also has the same result - i cannot log in.

Trial period is running out and no way to even start testing.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.  
We are facing the below issue with MySQL deployment when we use ODBC connector version 8.0.15 (latest) and we are investigating on this issue, but in this case it won’t allow you to proceed further. Can you please confirm us whether you are facing the same issue?  
If you are facing the different issue, then we suspect that the reported issue occurs due to the Report server couldn’t contact the API during the application startup. Please ensure below items from your end and share us the requested details.  
  1. Browse the URL {SyncfusionReportServerURL}/API. It should show the blank screen. If it shows any error message, then please share us the screenshot of it.
  2. Go to the below highlighted deployed location of Syncfusion Report Server and ensure all the folders are available as in the snapshot.
  1. If the steps 1 and 2 are fine, please share us the logs by following the instructions in below KB’s to investigate the issue further and provide a solution,
  1. If you face issues in any of the steps 1 and 2, then error may occurred during the installation phase. Please share us the installation related logs by following steps given in below KB.
