Syncfusion Essential Installer creates multiple log files and records actions and their outcomes as different pieces of the install are executed. If the install runs into any unexpected errors, these log files will help Syncfusion Technical Support troubleshoot the problem. We have created an utility that simplifies gathering these log files and combing them into a single zip archive.
Please follow the steps listed below and send us the zip file generated by the tool.
1. Download the 'GatherLogs.zip' file from the following link: GatherLogs.zip.
2. Extract the zip file and run the 'GatherLogs.exe' file with administrator privileges.
3. It will generate a zip file named 'SyncfusionEStudioLogs_date_time.zip' in the same location as the application file.
4. Please send us the generated SyncfusionEStudioLogs_date_time.zip file through Direct-Trac Support.
