Excel Unreadable content

Hello,

I do get a an Excel found unreadabel content error when I try to open a Syncfusion generated excel report. The report has Chinese characters and seem to be raising the error for certain data only. The report has no charts, formulas pivot tables etc.... It is simply a dump of data from database. If I copy these data from database to excel directly, save it and reopen the file, I do not get any such error.

Please find attached a sample of a report with the said error at opening.

Please advice what I can do to overcome this.

Thank you for using Syncfusion products.

We checked the file and found no issues while opening it from XlsIO. We would like to know your working versions of XlsIO and .NET framework that raises the exception. You can create a DirectTrac incident for the same to have further follow-up and get it resolved at the earliest.
