How to set the page header and the page footer

I don't know how to set the page header and the page footer when Print or PrintView the grid.

You need to handle the PrintPage event of the GridPrintDocument. In the event handler for this event you can draw page headers and footers.

There are no settings in the grid itsself that let you specify the text for that.
