Grid dialog scroll bar not coming in mobile view for IE 11, but works perfectly in chrome mobile view


The EJ2 grid(bootstrap) dialog in IE mobile view is missing the scroll bar and hence not able to navigate to the bottom elements for accessing inputs. This is happening in IE 11 and the same mobile view (Browser window resized to mobile view) in chrome works fine though. The scenario to reproduce issue is as follows

1. Go to your demo site (https://ej2.syncfusion.com/aspnetmvc/Grid/DialogEditing#/bootstrap) in IE 11
2. Resize to mobile view and refresh the page
3. Then click on the Add button and see the scroll bar missing in IE 11

I am attaching the screenshots for both IE as well as chrome for your reference. The same issue happens for our application too.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support and Sorry for the late reply. 
We can reproduce the mentioned behavior(ScrollBar is missed in IE Mobile View) at our end. The mentioned issue is related to the Dialog Control and We have confirmed “scroll bar not showing in dialog” as a bug from our end and we have logged the report for the same. We will include the fix in our upcoming patch release which is planned to roll-out on the mid of February 2020

Hi Team,

This issue still exists both in our application and in your demo site. 
It seems new version has not fixed the problem too.

Sorry for the late reply. 
The mentioned issue is related to the EJ2 Dialog team. So, we have forwarded the query to the corresponding team and the corresponding team reported that issue has been fixed in “”. So, please confirm that you have check the mentioned issue in “” version.  
In our demo site we have not refreshed the sample with new version and it will be refreshed in online ASAP.
