Unable to edit appointments constants.js http error 500

Hi there,

When trying to move appointments (drag drop) we are receiving a HTTP 500, looking closely at it, it appears to be having an issue with constants.js:93.

Screenshots attached.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Georg,
Greetings from Syncfusion Support.
We suspect the you are using our JS2 Javascript sample as front end with back end in ASP-WEB FORMS using Webservice. And for the same we have prepared a CRUD sample in JS2 with back end in ASP-WEB FORMS using Webservice, which can be downloaded from the following link,
Kindly try the above sample and let us know if you need any further assistance on this.

Thanks Vengatesh ,

I am using Scheduler control in ASP.NET MVC.

I'll take a look at what you've provided and see if that helps

Georg

Hi Georg,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have prepared the below sample in ASP.NET MVC with CRUD actions. And we suspect that the reported issue is occurred due to either UpdateData method is not in the project or the arguments mismatch. So kindly try the below sample and revert us for further assistance with this.
