Is there any way in which i can add header and footer to all the pages in the document. I am using mail merge functionlaity too in my template. It seems like headers are not supported on pages that have mail merge feature. Can you suggest a way to overcome this?
Also i have seen that headers can be added easily to PDFs. However, there is no documentation for adding it to the document.
