Nested Tabs Simple Example

Hi,

I am evaluating Xamarin Forms. I was interested to try it out. I was experimenting with tabs, especially, nested tabs. I was able to run the tab example, from the Syncfusion Folder, with no issues.

I am having some issues to adapt the nested tabs example, especially, "SampleView". I am not able to wrap my head around it.

Is there a simpler example related to nested tabs, which I may look at?
