SfButton behaviour after pressed and released outside button area

Hello,

I noticed small problem with SfButton behaviour. To reproduce:

1. Press SfButton
2. While button still pressed move your finger outside button area.
3. Release SfButton

Expected reaction is that tapping action is canceled (same as Xamarin.Forms.Button) but SfButton execute action.

It is small thing, but I believe this small improvement make user experience better.

Best regards,
Radoslaw Kubas
