TreeGrid toolbar with add button - adds duplicated rows when grid is empty

Hi Syncfusion,

If you will put to 'data' variable empty array like "data: []" and click "Add" button, then everything is ok - one row will be added.
But if you will replace "Grid" with "TreeGrid" component and leave the rest as it is, then after clicking "Add" button, two rows are added.

If I'm correct, it happens only if "data" is empty after component is initialized.

Could you pls offer any workaround for this bug?

Thank you,
Dmitriy.

Hi Dmitriy,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.

We have checked your query and we suspect that some problem occurs while on Editing when we doesn’t enable isPrimaryKey property in TreeGrid which is necessary to perform Editing operations. Please ensure that you have enable isPrimaryKey property at our end.

We need some more additional details to find the cause of the issue. Please share us the following details.

  1. Have you faced the problem while on clicking add empty row or while on saving the record.
  2. Share us the Video Demo to replicate the issue.
  3. Share us the code example.

This information will be helpful to provide you response as early as possible.
