Hi Nguyen,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We could able to replicate the issue of “SfPopupLayout is not closing when setting the IsOpen = false with Stays Open” in our end. But when we open and close the popup with normal speed of action is working fine but if we tap continuously as much faster than the issue gets reproduced. Could you please confirm whether yours trying to convey the same

Please refer the sample and video,

Note: The issue checked with Xamarin. Forms 4.0 and Syncfusion NuGet of 17.3.0.14

Hi,

I reproduce this issue too. In my case I have a SfPopupLayout without header and footer so, to hide the popup I used to call popup.Dismiss() and not through buttons, but this Dismiss() method is not working since I updated to 17.0.3.

Please, note that between the Show and Dismiss methods my application is doing things like saving to database.

Thanks.
