Chart does not appear

Hi

When I set size of browser window to half of screen size (or more) and refresh browser -> chart disappears.

How to show It again?

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

We have checked the reported issue at our end with latest source version, we unable to replicate this issue in our local sample. 

Can you please share us the below details, which will be very helpful to provide solution. 

• Is this issue occurs randomly or all time while running the sample.
• Source version you are using in your sample.
• Browser details with version.

1.       Kindly, share us the video sample to replicate the issue and code snippets used to render Gantt Chart.

Hi

Please look at attached video.

After refreshing browser chart at the right side disappears.

We use Chrome browser + latest version of Syncfusion packages.

On Firefox there is the same behaviour.

Hi Konrad, 

 

Thanks for sharing the video sample.  

From the video shared we note that the splitter’s position was set manually in the sample level. We are able to reproduce the issue when the splitter position property value was set in pixels. We logged a bug report for this. You can track its status from below feedback link.

We will fix this issue and the fix will be included in our upcoming weekly patch releases which is expected to be rolled out on October 9, 2019. 

Now to resolve this, either set the splitters position in percentage or define its position with respect to coumnIndex.
