SfRichTetBoxAdv is stealing Focus...

Hi there,

we use a SfRichTetBoxAdv in an Outlook add-in that displays a taskpane above the Reading Pane. When loading content into the SfRichTetBoxAdv it automatically takes the focus but isn't really focused - it shows the text cursor, but you can't directly enter anything in the box. This is especially in Outlook very confusing cause users are used to have the focus on the currently marked message in the overview to the left. I've tried to come around this with 'ForceCursor="False" in XAML, but that doesn't work. Any hints on how to avoid that the SfRichTetBoxAdv takes the focus only when the user is clicking in it to enter Text?

Thanks...

 Hi Heinz-Josef,

The behavior of the SfRichTextBoxAdv control is initially control loaded without focus (without cursor). It gets the focus only on perform click operation on it. Now, we couldn’t face any issue in this behavior. So, please let us know how you are loading the content to this control and share the sample application with replication steps to reproduce the issue. It will help to provide you the appropriate solution at the earliest.
Note: please let us know the syncfusion product version which is you are using.
