Refresh Duplicates all Controls

Hi, If I refresh the a page with syncfusion controls on a server side blazor project they duplicate on the UI.

We have validated your issue with shared image and tried to reproduce it with following ways. But unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the reported issue in our end.  

1. Used different routing pages
2. Component destroyed and restored
3. Activated persistence

Could you please share below information that will help us to validate and provide the solution earliest.  

1. Confirm whether you face the issue while running the application in private window?
2. Share code snippet with replicate issue.
3. Share your component render page and MainLayout page.
4. Share your script and NuGet Details.

Otherwise modify this sample with reproduce issue and share it to us.
