Gantt Chart performance

Hello,
We are using some customization control in the Gantt Chart (please see below) and notice that it will take really long (couple seconds) to drawing the whole chart if we have more than 50 rows.
I'm just wondering if there is a way to improve it. We are thinking about infinite scrolling (or what syncfusion called virtual scrolling) but we don't know if Gantt Chart would support it or not.

Thanks,
Minh

Hi Minh,
Thanks for contacting Syncfusion.
At present there is no support for virtual scrolling in Gantt Chart. We have already logged a feature request to improve the loading performance. Currently it is in the implementation phase. We will complete this feature and include in our upcoming Volume 4, 2019 main release which is expected to be rolled out in the month of December, 2019. You can track its status from below feedback link.
Until then we appreciate your patience.
Regards,
Gurunathan

Hello! Is there an update on this? Thanks

Hi Cesar,

Sorry for the inconveniences.
Due to some complexities in virtual scrolling support in Gantt, we could not include this support in our Volume 4 release. We have already lined up with some major features which are planned for the roadmap 2020. Hence, we could not start this feature immediately. We will include this support in any our upcoming releases. You can track its status from feedback link shared in the previous update.
Until then we appreciate your patience.

Regards,
Karthikeyan Raja
