Page setup settings only specifically in Spreadsheet (IWorksheet)

How to achieve a set of settings shown in the attachment?

The paper size was able to set successfully. But many settings were not available/ not known.

Also, looks like there is a difference in values set before margins in code and actual time printing.  ( Auto rounding: 0.76 to 0.8 and 1.94 to 1.9 )

Is it possible to set other settings provided in screenshot using IWorksheet?

I am not making use Grid Spreadsheet.

Here, in the backend code excel sheet is generated manually using syncfusion functions and saved and downloaded.

There, I do not see more properties in Page setup. 

Property: IWorksheet.PageSetup
