How do i add an option to column menu to freeze the column?

We have considered “Locked column is not moving to the first column position” as a defect and logged a report for the same. The fix will be included in our 04^th, September2019 patch release. Until then we appreciate your patience.

We are glad to announce that our 17.2.49 patch release has been rolled out successfully and in that release, we have added the fix for the issue “Locked column is not moving to the first column position”.  

 

Note: In your first update you have mentioned for lock columns but now you have changed it to freeze columns in Grid and we have fixed the issue for lock columns in Grid. So, please ensure on your end whether you wants to use lock columns or freeze columns.
