force user to enter number that starts with a specific numbers

Hello syncfusion support,

I want a numeric text box that allow users to enter their phone numbers , but I need this number to start with a specific numbers like(71 or 03 ... ) and if not show red error under this text box (" phone number should start with 71 or 03").

in addition to mask this text box like this pattern ( mask: "99-999-999")
