WebKit assemblies missing exception may occurs, if the QtBinaries folder is not present in the provided WebKitPath. So, please make sure that, you have provided proper WebKitPath and the provided WebKitPath has all the QtBinaries assemblies. You can copy the QtBinaries folder from NuGet/HTML converter installed location to your project folder. Then, Include that QtBinaries folder in a project and set copy to the output directory as “Copy always” for all the QtBinariesWindows (including all inner folders and files) assemblies, then only the WebKit assemblies are copied to published location.
