Internet explorer 11 issue, excel data is not loaded in asp.net mvc spreadsheet control

Hi Team,


excel data is not loaded in asp.net mvc spreadsheet control in Internet Explorer 11.please see error in attached file.

We have checked your reported issue by importing the excel file in spreadsheet and the data loaded properly in our end in IE browser. Before that we would like to know the following details to proceed further. 
 
1. Please share dummy issue replicable excel file. 
 
2. If you have done any customization in sample, please share us the code snippet. 
 
3. If possible please share us the issue replicable sample. 
 
4. Share your Essential Studio product version and IE browser details. 
 
Could you please get back to us with the above requested details? Based on that we will check and provide you a better solution quickly.

Hi Vinoth,

thank you for your quick response.

we are using IE 11,syncfusion version is 17.1.0.47,

file 1 - bundleconfig.cs- where bundling is done.
file 2-_layoutspreadsheet.cshtml- where all css,js file references are present.
file 3- index.cshtml- where spreadsheet code is present.
file 4- error screen

Thank you for sharing more details. 
 
We have checked your code snippet and it would be helpful if you shared the excel file that you are importing in Spreadsheet at initial load. Could you please share the excel file to proceed further?

Your reported issue is known issue and we have refreshed the fix in below CDN link, 
 
We recommend you to use the above CDN link to resolve the reported issue and we will include this fix in Essential Studio 2019 Volume 2 SP1 release which is tentatively planned to roll out on end of August 2019.
