Need to implement TreeGrid control in collapsed state by default on page load.

1.     I have tried to collapse the treegrid control by default using collapseAll() method but it throws some error. Please provide the workaround solution for this issue asap since this is a high priority.

Hi Ebenezer,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.

QUERY: Collapse TreeGrid control by default on component load
From your query we understand that you need to collapse all records initially when the treegrid is rendered. In TreeGrid we have “enableCollapseAll” property which when set to true, will load all the rows in collapsed state when the TreeGrid is rendered for the first time.

Please refer the below sample for better understanding,

Also you can refer the below help documentation,

If you have further queries, please get back to us.
