Bug with addPanel from dashboardLayout

Hello, 

When I add panel with addPanel function and I try to resize  random panel I get this bug :

The sizeX and SizeY is unfortunately set to NaN.

treemap.ts:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of null

    at t.moveResizeHandler (treemap.ts:2)

We checked your reported issue “Bug while resizing after adding a new panel in Dashboard Layout“ and were able to reproduce this from our end. We have logged this as a bug in our database. We will fix and include the solution in our upcoming weekly patch release which is expected to roll out on end of May 2019. We appreciate your patience until then.

We have fixed your reported issue “Bug while resizing after adding a new panel in Dashboard Layout“ and have included this fix in our latest Syncfusion packages(version - 17.1.48). Please update the Syncfusion packages to the latest version (v17.1.48) to fix the issue.
