Render Blank view for Resource in Scheduler

Hi,

I want to render blank group view in scheduler like below:

I want to render blank Group at initial stage.

Greetings from Syncfusion Support. 

We have checked the reported scenario at our end, the parent resource will be displayed only when we have child resources. So currently it is not possible to display the parent resource in the scheduler.

Hi Sonam,

We have checked on your requirement at our source end, and we regret to let you know that this is not possible to render a blank group view in scheduler as the Parent level resources renders only when the child level is rendered. Hence you can keep the parent level resources with a single child without rendering any appointments on it to achieve your requirement.
