Hello

How long does the installer takes?
I have tried with offline installer and web installer, the offline one says 0% all the time and the other one does not show progress in the bars 
I am trying in Window 10

Please refer to the below KB article and follow the steps given to resolve the reported installation issue.  
  
  
If you have still face the same issue, then follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool.  It would be much helpful for us to check the reported issue and provide you the solution at the earliest.
