Does RowCount on the grid always include the column header row and the add new row (if visible)?

We have analyzed your query about row count. SfDataGrid.RowCount returns the row count that starts from the Column Header only. And You can get Record count only using SfDataGrid.View as like below code snippet 

this.sfDataGrid.View.Records.Count
