Center heading over column in datagrid?

I'm sure I've overlooked this... but, what's the trick to centering column header text over a column in a datagrid.

I add my table style, then add my columns to it and add it to the grid. The columns have an alignment property that controls the data area of the grid, but the header text doesn't center.

Ideas?
