ReportViewer error: Provide Dataset inputs for Report

I don't understand the error: "Provide Dataset inputs for Report"

If we already supplied the data source and set processing mode to local when initializing the control, why does it need another data source?

I specifically encounter this during the "GetPageModel" action. Not sure if this should be related to another question I posted wherein I set the parameters manually, since we have our own filters: https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/javascript/ejreportviewer/119637

Any way to bypass this and just get from the local data source? Thanks!

Thanks for using Syncfusion Products.

The mentioned error occurred, due to some of dataset name and its values not added to “DataSources” property of ReportViewer and we must add dataset name, data values to all the report datasets used in the RDLC ReportDefinition. We request you to refer our online UG documentation for more details on adding data values properties.
