Using CellSet for BI controls and PivotGrid

Hi,

I am exploring the use of Syncfusion controls for use of data from SSAS. However, connecting user application directly to SSAS is not an option, the GUI will be getting the data from a wcf service in form of CellSet and the wcf service will instead be connecting to he analysis service. Is there a way to achieve this? Do current version of syncfusion have controls that allow consuming of CellSet for data?

Please let me know of other alternatives as well, but direct connection from client application to SSAS is not an option, all data access is to be done via wcf services.

Hi Bhupendra,

 

Currently there is no support for the BI control to directly connect to the data from CellSet of the WCF service to GUI. We have logged a feature request report to implement this feature. Kindly check the website periodically to know status of this feature.
