Hello there,

I downloaded in february the WinRT controls in beta version and there it wrote, that those controls are for use in other application. I am interested if there will be any legal problem, if I am going to use those controls in a free of use application that will be submitted at the Windows store,

Hi Gigi,

You can use the WinRT beta version in free or commercial applications.
