Throws a null reference exception trying to change cell format of a spreadsheet.

Repro Steps

1. use a new spreadsheet added to a form or load an existing spreadsheet.
   
2. Enter some text into a cell
   
3. Right click and select from the context menu "Format Cells"
   
4. Select Fill and select a new color (eg. Red)
   
5. Click OK

Thanks for using Syncfusion product. 

We are unable to reproduce the reported issue on “Null reference exception is thrown while performing background Fill operation” in v16.3.0.21. We have performed validations based on your replication procedure and recorded a video, please find it with this response.
