Syncfusion is excited to announce that our Essential Studio component demos are now available in GitHub.
This is the best place to explore our controls to gain more insight about the usage of their APIs. Also, we have provided access to check out the source code of each sample for all the controls. We will continue updating the demos every release cycle so that only the latest version of Syncfusion demos are available in GitHub.
This new process allows end users to evaluate our products without installing Essential Studio. Users can download our demos and launch them, and only the Syncfusion assemblies required to run the demos will be fetched from NuGet.
You can also check out our controls by installing the complete Essential Studio suite. Refer to this page of our documentation to download the setup.
How to access the Syncfusion demos from GitHub
The easiest way to use the samples in GitHub without using Git is to download the ZIP file containing the current version by clicking the Download ZIP button on the repo page. You can then unzip the entire archive on your machine and use the samples.
How to run the Syncfusion demos
To use the Syncfusion demos, a Syncfusion license key must be registered in the demos. Refer to this knowledge base article for more information.
Why did we publish in GitHub?
- To empower end users to browse, explore, and learn about the usage of our components from GitHub with ease.
- To make our demos available for everyone to reference from GitHub and develop applications based on user requirements using Syncfusion components.
- To reduce the burden of installing an entire Essential Studio platform setup just to use a specific control demo.
The following Essential Studio platforms are published in GitHub.
