Difficulties while using Swimlane Control

I am trying to use Swimlane in my application. I made progress with help of support via 180219 and 18019. I updated the sample solution which is attached.
I am still facing following issues.

1. After moving swimlane from initial position I am unable to place symbols to respective phases.
2. After placing symbols into swimlane draging of swimlane behaves strangely.
3. after dragging of swimlane I am able to place source items in any phase and other items are being place at all. 

I have simple requirements

1. drop symbol to respective phase

We created a sample to achieve your requirement. While dragging and dropping from symbol palette in to the swimlane it drops in respective phase, also while dragging the dropped symbol it moves inside the respective phase. Please refer to the video and sample for your reference.
