DocToPDFConverter signature fields

Hello,

I'm converting Word docs to PDF via DocToPDFConverter, however when a Word document has a signature field (using DocuSign or the inbuilt Signature Line function) I can't get this signature to render in the resulting PDF. It just leaves a blank space where the signature should be.

I've searched for an answer but haven't been able to find anything.

Any help is appreciated!

We suspect that you are using Digital signature in your word document. Currently, we don’t support creating, manipulating and converting digital signature in a word document. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases. At this moment, we cannot provide any concrete timeline for this feature. We have already logged this requirement as a feature request.
