What is the current best way of creating pdf documents in c#

It can be html to pdf. It can just be text to pdf.

What is the current best/easiest way?

I have been testing out a few and I have chosen PdfSharp and Migradoc for this project. I am implementing it with migradoc and it works fine. Although it seems so “old technology”.
