Can't open storage on lockbytes

Hi,

 

I am using the syncfusion to extract text from a word document and receiving this error:

 

Could not convert document... can't open storage on lockbytes

 

Anyone seen this before? I only seem to get it on one particular document.

I am having the same issue, again only seems to be on one file - it works on most all others(yet to be seen)
I am using Syncfusion v 12.1400.0.43 running Fx4,0 framework.

this is the breaking code: (line 2)
Stream readFile = System.IO.File.Open(_path, FileMode.Open);
WordDocument Doc = new WordDocument(readFile, Syncfusion.DocIO.FormatType.Doc);
