We’ll create an Excel document, calculate the EMI using the PMT formula, and then populate the EMI schedule into the Excel document by following these steps:

- First, create a new console app (.NET Core) in Visual Studio by navigating to File > New > Project in the C# section.
- Then, install the Syncfusion.XlsIO.Net.Core NuGet package.
