How do I change the style of the context menu on a TabItemExt?

Hi,

How do I change the style of the context menu on a TabItemExt to our own appearance?
I am using DockingManager, so TabControlExt and TabItemExt is using by DockingManager for managing documents.
The context menu contains 6 items described below.

"Close"
"Close All But This"
"Close All"
"Floating"
"Dockable"
"Document"

I hope to achieve this change without editing source code of Essential Tools when possible.
