Snapping windows (c.f. DreamWeaver, Photoshop - not WinAmp)

We are searching for code/examples implementing somtehing like the "snapping" that you find in DreamWeaver and Photoshop. Hence, we want:

-windows snap to each other's edges when you
move/resize them - if the windows belong
to the same application.

-only windows belonging to the same application
(or suite of applications) snap to each other.

-windows snap to the edges of the desktop

-windows are primarily just snapped to each
other - not docked. Hence, the do not move
together (as in WinAmp). The latter behaviour
may be an option.

We have found some examples that handle the desktop edge-snapping, but not the window-snapping.
