Import Excel-Data

Hi,

in an previous message I have read, that SyncFusion is going to implement Excel-Import capability in the Version 2.0.
Now I find in the FAQ/KnowledgeBase only an reference to an Article postet in CodeProject (?).
What is the status now?
Is in the Version 2.0 (Now for Download) an possibility to import/export Excel - Files???

Hi Mansur, Version 2.0 includes a product that implements a full object model for reading and writing Excel files. For details please refer to this product: Essential ExcelRW. What beta1 does not provide is a sample that can completely persist grid data as an Excel file. We are working on a sample that does that and will post it as soon as it is available. In the meantime with the rich object model provided it is quite easy to read and write the data you need from the grid into BIFF files. All existing (as of Nov 26th, 2003) Essential Grid subscribers will get Essential ExcelRW as a free upgrade. Best regards, Daniel
