Hi Raul,
No, we had to postpone things a little bit. We now have a target beta date of 10/30. The changes to the Edit control will not be major in this release. We will have another release shortly after 2.0 which will feature major updates to the edit control.
We currently have a preview version available for Essential Diagram, Essential Tools and Essential Grid. Essential Chart is not available as a preview yet.

Hi,
Would it be possible to have your developers set the control border styles to system in all of the supplied dialogs. It looks a little wonkey with xp themes when the rest of the application consumes the manifest just not the supplied dialogs.

Essential Diagram
Essential Diagram is a framework of .NET classes and controls for developing interactive 2D graphics and diagramming applications. Essential Diagram can be described as a retained-mode interface for developing interactive 2D graphics applications. It stores graphical objects in a node (scene) graph and renders those objects onto the screen. The product supports both vector and raster graphics on the drawing surface.
Essential ExcelRW
Essential ExcelRW is a library that can read and write Microsoft Excel files (BIFF 8 format. This format is supported by all versions of Microsoft Excel from Office 97). It features a full fledged object model just like the Microsoft Office COM libraries that can be used for manipulating Excel and creating Excel files. It does not use COM interop and is built from scratch in C#. Since it does not have any dependency on Excel itself, it can be used on systems that do not have Microsoft Excel installed making it a excellent reporting engine for tabular data.
