When using chinese IME to input chinese word, IME will should all available words in a small window according to the user typing. This window is commonly just under the cursor.
If you use AutoComplete control with AutoSuggest and input chinese word to a textbox, the AutoComplete drop down list will hide the IME input widnow.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention and also for the screenshots. We could observe the above mentioned problem here when we tested for this issue in a machine using Chinese IME.
