Check box in a ListView and hard reset on a Combo Box ?

I have 2 questions:

1) how do I add a check box in a listView

2) I have a Combo box - depending on a click in a list view. I doesn' display all the time the related value, even it is correct and is there. How do I do a hard reset of the Combo box?
