Adding rows to Hierarchial grid

Hi
I'm using an Hierarcial grid with two levels.
The second level does not seem to be bind properly.
1) When I add or delete a row in the second level, the grid is not updated, only collapsing and expanding the root row does the refresh to the second level. Is there a better way ?
2) When a cell in the second level is updated in the data source only refresh updates it on the grid ? Is there a way to solve this ?

Here is a sample that uses DataTables and lets you add rows to child levels and update rows in child tables.
