Cannot Open Storage - Excel

Anyone have any idea why I would be able to load an Excel workbook using the basic command:

Dim workbook As IWorkbook = excelEngine.Excel.Workbooks.Open(strFileName)

using my VS2005 Development Server, but when I try to use IIS I get "Cannot open storage. File Name is: ..."

I am using the latest version of XlsIO.

I can provide some additional info if needed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Close your template before trying to open it with syncfusion.
