Hello,
When I right click on project in my Solution explorer and open the Output type I have only 2 options:
1) Windows Application
2) Console Application
I do NOT see Class Library output type?
I am running vb.Net standard eddition?
Please if you can advise

Hi Peter,
Not sure whether this is a restriction imposed by the VS.NET standard edition. I am running the Enterprise version of VS.NET and it does allow me to specify a Class Library option for the Project Output type. You could try creating an all together new Class Library type of Project and importing the files from the current project into the new one.
