Leading Space in the Data Table binded to Grid

Hello
I have a DataTable Say MyDataTable .It has 1 Column Say FIRST and the Values in the DataTable are as follows in the heirarchical manner . Heirarchy is maintained by putting the leading spaces in the
Field .

FIRST
--------------
FIRST VALUE
SECOND VALUE
THIRD VALUE
FOURTH VALUE


Now when I Bind this DataTable to the Grid , In that case all the fields get Left Aligned So the heirarchical structure is lost .
The Grid values are displayed like this '
FIRST
--------------
FIRST VALUE
SECOND VALUE
THIRD VALUE
FOURTH VALUE



Can you please let me know some way where in I can have the same values visible in the Grid .
