What does DrawDockBarBackground do?

Hi,

I'm trying to change the background color of a regular Bar and a main menu Bar. I tried using MainFrameBarManager.DrawDockBarBackground but it doesn't do anything. Also, if I set ThemeEnabled to true, can I still change the Background drawing?

The event doesn't do anything in our current version. This will be implemented pretty soon.
