File link with hebrew name

Hi
I want to create a file link in a pdf document. it works fine as long as the file name is in english, but doesn''t work for hebrew.
I used this code:
IPDFLink file = pdfDoc.CreateFileLink( pdfDoc.LastPage, rect,"שלום.txt");
The link is created but it points to a jibrish name.
