default start location and size

I noticed that many applications start with the same on-screen location and size from when they were last exited.

For instance, with Notepad, if you open a window, resize it, move it, and then close it, then the next time you open Notepad, it has the same size and location as the window you just closed.

Does anyone know how to give a System.Windows.Forms.Form that sort of property?
