ControlPanel/Display/Settings/Advanced/General/Font Size = Other/Custom Font Size I need to determine this value in order to ensure correct resizing of forms/dialogues if a user choses to switch to Large/Other fonts etc. Can anyone help please.

Check out the SystemInformation.MenuFont Property to see if that will give you what you need.
